| As the urban development and construction of China is coming to the new period, the country put forward the control increment, revitalizing the stock of strategic adjustment, and has reopened after 37 years "working meeting of the central city", further emphasized the intensive development, the total frame, limited capacity, stock revitalization, optimization increment and improving the quality of construction guidelines. Inventory planning era has been fully opened, the current urban construction in our country has entered this new round, which has given priority to the old city renewal and reconstruction of the "new normal".The old system formed by the environment under the influence of the past construction situation, to a large extent restricted the evolution of the city. Though, the new construction situation, innovation of the industrial structure adjustment, construction of major infrastructure investment will promote the city’s old town energy regeneration, but the current lack of a reasonable mechanism of the old city update the land use updating construction repetition, low quality, unreasonable construction time, excessive development, and so on. To update the situation chaos, the contradiction intensified social and spatial contradictions, old city renewal work needs more scientific and reasonable planning methods and strategies.In this study, based on the design and planning practice on the central district of the circular belt of innovation industry in Beilin district, in order to block scale land use updated sequence division as the main research direction, and through a thorough investigation into the situation of the construction in Beilin district update the core issue of the land, and uses the AHP method and entropy weight method of influencing factors of land use updated weight judgment and quantitative, in combination of qualitative and quantitative way, eventually achieve the goal of land use updated sequential digital evaluation, which works for the old city update, providing scientific guarantee for construction planning decisions.Land for updating the sensitivity study is for the purpose of scientific and reasonable use of the land for the judgment of the old city renewal update sequence. Based on central Beilin district as the research object, this study constructs a relatively complete and value-sensitive evaluation system which can be promoted, and has in-depth discussions about the evaluation process. |
