Study On The Land Renewal Of Gulang County Old City

In the period of extension to connotation of China's urbanization development,many cities have revitalized the stocks.However,due to the lack of reasonable planning and guidance and coordination mechanisms,the old city has been in disorder renewed,and the chaos of the updating situation has occurred frequently.As far as Gulang County is concerned,the problems of the old city are constantly highlighted: mixed use of land,declining material space,social restructuring,etc.In the face of complicated and complicated status quo,local government often adopt simple and rude methods to update and carry out renovation activities.However,the location which truely need to update is not updated in time.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a scientific evaluation system to determine the updated location objectively and reasonably,to divide the update timing and to formulate corresponding update recommendations.On the basis of clarifying the purpose of the research and the related research status and concepts,this paper points out the problems in the renewal of the old city of Gulang County,and introduces the concept of dilapidated degree and renewal degree of updated land from the objective reality.The research sciencely determines the old city renewal site and its renewal needs,and accordingly develops corresponding update recommendations by quantifying the dilapidated degree and renewal degree.Through the analysis of the status quo of the old city land in Gulang County,the relevant factors are selected and the factor weights are comprehensively determined by the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method,and the evaluation system of the updated land dilapidated degree is constructed.The evaluation of the Gulang county old city's dilapidated degree has confirmed the renewal land of the old city.In order to further clarify the update requirements of the update,the renewal degree of the update site is studied.The renewal degree evaluation system uses the updated evaluation mode to evaluate the renewal degree of the old city of Gulang County,and the author classifies the update value and analyzes the update requirements of the update of each level.The paper is divided into the old city update timing and put forward to the update suggestions through analysising the update challenges and the demand of the different levels of the update.The purpose of the evaluation of the update dilapidated degree and the renewal degree is to reasonably determine the old city updated place and guide the old city renewal practice.Through the research of this paper,a relatively complete update dilapidated degree and renewal degree evaluation system is constructed to reasonably determine the old city renewal site,which is divided into five levels of update and three update sequences,and the corresponding update suggestions are proposed from five aspects.The research provides scientific and reasonable ideas for the judgment and update timing division of the city update.
