The Research On Functional Structure And Spatial Form Design Of “Jingshui Tourism Town”,Kongtong Mountain,Pingliang

Scenic area within a large number of service facilities, leading to the serious urbanization phenomenon. Therefore, formed a kind of scenic spots which on the edge of the scenic area to experience the local culture. Such projects usually take the form of the town space, therefore named the travel service "town".At present,such projects are unfolding, which leading to travel patterns single, lack of local characteristics and destroy the natural of the outside area. This article attempts take out Kongtong mountain "JingShui tourist town" actual case as an example, from the early stage of the functional structure and spatial form design to solve these problems and provide the basis for the architecture and landscape design.Thesis start with the analysis of the tourism service "town" development, related case investigation, Pingliang overall planning concept, preliminary analysis of the case,to positioning the project. The tourism service "town" is not a mere tourist services,but a integrated project which enhance the quality of natural environment, improve the tourism service structure, rich the tourism model.Therefore, it puts forward the strategy of functional structure and spatial form design.And then through the three chapters to study on the “Jingshui Tourism Town”.Functional structure gaspect, reflected in three aspects of service,mixing and regionalization.Then from the design with nature, to explore the base of the processing method, functional format, construction of the base of the natural environment to adapt to the environment, in order to enhance the comprehensive value of the site.In spatial form design, from three levels to analysis,they are the overall spatial form, street space form and node space form.Eventually forming a "town" space with rich natural atmosphere, strong regional, high degree of mixing function,self-healing, weak commercial, It suitable for tourism function. At last, the paper summarizes the important issues of the research.As the the travel services integrated project of Kongtong Mountain,it has similar characteristics with the other projects. This study has a certain universality and representation in the tourism service "town".Therefore they has some references to the related designs.
