Research On The Reform Of The Spatial Form Of Guanzhong Village Adapting To The Development Of Folk Tourism Industry

With the development of rapid urbanization,the three rural issues including countries,farmers and agriculture in China become more and more serious.Among it,the rural space in rural settlement confronts with serious waste,the construction in rural areas is chaotic,besides,the resources and environment are also faced with severe problems,all of them cannot match with current situation of production and life style.In this case,the production mode in rural areas need to transform in urgent,as well as the updating of the spatial form.fortunately,China’s socialist new rural construction has been carried out in full swing,the rural spatial form is indeed in a historic change.With this historical opportunity,I believe that the core issue of the development of the rural settlements should be the development of rural production,and the main contradiction in rural settlements is that the income from the existing production activities cannot meet the basic needs of the villagers.Therefore,only when the rural production mode has been developed,the industry has been transformed,and the villagers’ income can meet the increasingly growing material and cultural needs,the rural settlements can develop well and healthy enough.What’s more,Guanzhong region as a historical region,it has rich historical resources as well as folk culture,developing rural folk tourism is one of best choice for this rigion.Based on the above contents,this paper takes Liuying Village of Fengxiang County as an example to study the reform of rural spatial form in Guanzhong region from the perspective of the development of rural folk tourism industry.There are three main parts in this paper,the first part summarizes the basic situation of Liuying Village and thepresent situation of the village space in Liuying,besides,the first part analyzes the spatial form of the Liuying village from the tiers of the rural settlement,street and the courtyard,according to it,the basic spatial situation in Liuying village can be identified,based on it,the problems of the spatial form can be found and then deciding the development strategies.The second part mainly based on the analysis of the literature as well as the cases,summing up the nature and characteristics of rural folk tourism,further more,conbing the three tiers which mentioned above to provide the principles,ideas and methods to optimize the spatial form through developing rural folk tourism.The third part is to provide some detailed suggestions to reform the spatial form of the Liuying village.This paper is to focus on the core problems in the development of the ordinary village and provide the specific ideas and methods of the reform of the spatial form in Guanzhong rural settlement.
