The Research On The Construction Of New Dwellings In Qinghai-Hehuang Area

Zhuangkuo in Hehuang area of Qinghai province is a typical residential building of Northwest China,and it has better adaptability to the climate and culture.Under the background of urbanization development, rural in Hehuang area of Qinghai Province face many challenges. The modern building materials are widely used,the technology of dwellings construction is in the passive adaptation state.In the process of transformation, lack of professional and technical guidance, new dwellings construction technology generally appear the problems of unreasonable, unsafety, unecology.The new dwelling has lost the culture and regional characteristics.Writer visited the villages in Hehuang area which are going through development and regeneration,and choose some typical cases. Based on the perspective of tectonic culture, writer carried some comparative analysis on dwellings of the traditional and the new ones. and summarized the key points in the construction.Under the current conditions of materials,the study try to come up with some adaptation strategies to solve the problems,which will promote the regeneration of dwellings here.This paper focuses on three aspects, the roof system, the design of the component elements of the sunlight and the technology improvement of the external wall materials. One hand,writer try to improve the technique of cornice in the way of modern material logic, and put forward the model and demonstrate it for residents, the other hand,writer come up with the standardized design of sun-room tectonic units,which will explore the integration design of sun-room and new dwellings.And last,writer go on a experimental study on the earth material, the practicability of earth plaster being building decorative material will bring new ideas for the current situation of traditional residence.By theses ways, we will better guide the new dwellings construction technology in Hehuang area.
