Study On The Tectonic And Update Design Of The Rammed Earth Dwellings In The North Of Qinling Mountains

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a comprehensive strategy for revitalizing the countryside.In early 2019,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development further proposed a plan for upgrading the quality of human settlements.Due to traffic congestion and economic backwardness in the North area of the Qinling Mountains,there are a large number of traditional“three-room” bauxite houses,and there are many problems such as safety and comfort.At the same time,the North area of the Qinling Mountains is at the core of the tourism economy development of Guanzhong,and its huge residential quality is facing the huge space quality renewal demand.Due to the self-renewal of the villagers and the government-led unified update,there are problems of disorientation and unskilled technology.Most of the rural construction projects based on architects are expensive and unsuitable for promotion.In this dual context,this paper proposes On the basis of inheriting the “constructiveness” of traditional dwellings,the peasant self-construction is the leading technology,and the easy-to-promote bauxite resettlement technology.This research is of great significance for the deep exploration of the construction value of traditional dwellings,the activation and utilization of traditional bauxite dwellings,and the inheritance and development of traditional building techniques.This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter introduces the research background,expounds the two concepts of “construction” of residential houses and “the residence of northern Qinling Mountains”,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter points out the geographical background and the demand background of the bauxite dwellings,and conducts survey and mapping of the threetypical village dwellings,summing up the main problems of the northern Qinling dwellings.In the third chapter,the macroscopic "construction" vision is used to analyze the folk housing in the north of Qinling Mountains through the "space construction" at the theoretical level and the "technical construction" at the operational level.The spatial layout,the civilized structural system and the natural construction techniques summarize the traditional “home” spatial model and the simple construction method and logic behind it.The fourth chapter first points out the current "non-constructive" decoration renewal method,proposes the introduction of "modern life" "home" space renewal method and inherits the "constructive" appropriate construction technology,and then separately on the space environment,structural system The construction technology proposes a reasonable solution strategy and some specific technical measures.Finally,the fifth chapter makes a strong practical support for the aforementioned theoretical chapters through the analysis of the design practice of the northern Qinling dwellings in the Qinling Mountains.
