Our country is vast in territory, the railway lines are widely distributed, detention vehicle is numerous, complicated working environment. Taking the necessary measures to prevent stayed vehicle from slipping is an important means to ensure the safety of railway transportation, the station in our country is mainly the use of iron shoe is fixed on the rail between surface and wheel to prevent stayed vehicle from slipping. The implementation of the scientific management of the iron shoe and improve the utilization efficiency of iron shoes are closely linked with the safe transport of our county Railway, the operation method at present is to let the railway workers every a time go to the train stop spot check whether it is normal state of iron shoes. Do like that not only waste time, but also the management efficiency is not high, and easy to be affected by railway workers work attitude is rigorous or not, the operation is standard or not and so on. In view of this situation,there is a far-reaching significance for the railway transportation in our county to development the system that not only avoid the accident caused by the subjective factors,but also intelligent supervision of the iron shoes.Through the analysis of the present situation of the railway anti slip, this paper presents a structure and design scheme of the intelligent rail shoe state Wireless Supervision and management system that based on ZigBee network. The design is based on the combination of ZigBee wireless network and ultrasonic positioning technology, and can realize the monitoring of the iron shoes state and positioning. The ZigBee wireless communication technology has the features of reliable transmission, flexible networking, high stability, good real-time performance and low energy consumption and the Ultrasonic has the characteristics of strong penetrating, good direction, etc. The combination of these two technologies has become the highlight of the design of this paper; the problem of the accuracy of the railway shoe location in the traditional design scheme can be solved effectively through the design scheme.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)The ultrasonic ranging technology and TOA positioning algorithm to achieve the purpose of precise positioning, thus effectively solve the problem of the existing smart iron shoes positioning accuracy is not high.(2)Using ZigBee wireless sensor network to realize the real-time exchange state information between the job site and the monitoring room, avoiding all kinds of accidents caused by human subjective.(3)The purpose of preventing artificial moving iron shoes by using LC0701-3 accelerometer, effectively solve the iron shoes due to various reasons for the loss of the case.(4) In the aspect of software design, though transplant the embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ to micro controller C8051F040 in the simplification of the system development process, but also conducive to the future system maintenance and upgrade.Finally, the system was tested in the field. The test shows that the function modules of the system basically meet the design requirements. After further improvement, the device will pass the relevant technical certification, and using in the national railway.
