Gas flowmeters are widely used in natural gas,chemical,electric,metallurgical and other industries.By monitoring the information of gas flowmeters,such as flow,temperature and humidity,it can provide quantitative data for gas metering,and can be used for real-time,accurate and comprehensive use of gas consumption of gas terminal users.But the current gas meter monitoring system set up by wire network,this scheme has poor scalability,cumbersome wiring,especially in field work environment,all-round monitoring etc,it is difficult to be applied,more suited to the current "customer-centric" business philosophy and the new market environment.In view of the above problems,an intelligent gas flow meter data remote transmission cooperative system based on the technology of Internet of things is designed,using the technology of Internet of things to upload the information of gas flowmeter to the network.A local data management system is developed in LabVIEW language,after receiving the data sent through the serial port by the coordinator,the PC completes data parsing and realizes remote data collection,remote monitoring,remote control and remote maintenance.In this thesis,ZigBee wireless communication technology is selected to realize data transmission between terminal nodes and coordinators.Based on the CC2530 chip and the ZigBee protocol,the hardware of the sensor node is designed,and the communication between the node and the host computer is realized by programming.The influence of complex environment conditions on communication transmission distance is analyzed,the influence of obstacles,temperature,humidity,rain and snow and fog weather on the transmission distance of ZigBee is verified,and the environmental requirements of the system are given.The system combines the battery powered ultrasonic flowmeter composed of ordinary low power chip,DHT11 temperature and humidity module and the ZigBee with CC2530 as the core,the information amount of gas flow,temperature and humidity is sent to the upper computer by wireless communication after processing by single chip microcomputer,the remote monitoring and control of the gas flow,temperature and humidity in the industrial environment is realized by using the upper computer interface.
