Study On The Functional Facilities Design Of Logistics Park

With the rapid development of e-commerce and express logistics industry, the demand of the warehouse is increasing year by year, the traditional storage facilities in the early construction can not meet the needs of modern logistics, a large number of new logistics park is planning, design and construction. However, the logistics park design standards, information is relatively scarce and the old, making the architect to face the logistics park design task, can not grasp the key points, and even can not start. Therefore, it is necessary to design a systematic study on the logistics park facilities.This paper discusses the theory and method of functional facilities design of logistics park in two aspects: the "storage" and "transportation", from two aspects of building and transportation.First of all, through the analysis of the basic concepts of logistics park, logistics park, logistics park classification, summed up the different types of logistics park, a total of core functions.
