Dumper is a set of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical integrated system. Hydraulic system is the most complex and important part and hydraulic system fault is the car dumper in the most difficult to diagnose the fault, so research on hydraulic system fault has important practical significance. At present, the acquisition of hydraulic fault samples is a key problem in fault research. In this paper, on the basis of dumper hydraulic system working principle and common fault analysis, dumper hydraulic system simulation model is established and the fault injection, fault simulation, fault experiment and the acquisition of fault samples are deeply studied.In the analysis of car dumper system structure based, dumper hydraulic system as the research object, the system working principle and common fault is analyzed. The simulation model of the hydraulic system and components using AMESim software is established. The correctness of the model is verified by the characteristic curve of the sample and the actual running data.The simulation model is injected into the simulation model by using the variable parameter method. By selecting the appropriate fault parameters, hydraulic cylinder, electro hydraulic directional valve, hydraulic control check valve, hydraulic pump four failure modes are established.Analysing fault simulation results, and finding out the fault parameters which reflect the fault characteristics and distinguish different fault. Analysing influence of fault parameters on the system, and providing fault sample data for dumper hydraulic system.Fault experiment system of electro hydraulic reversing valve is established and the corresponding parameters are set to carry out electro hydraulic directional valve failure experiment. By comparing and analyzing the fault data and fault simulation data, the correctness of the fault simulation and the feasibility of obtaining the fault samples are proved, and the sufficient fault training samples are provided for the subsequent fault diagnosis.
