With the development of modern industry, people put forward a higher demand on the performance and control accuracy of the hydraulic drive and control system. The use of computer simulation technology to analyze the hydraulic system is of great significance. Computer simulation technology can predict system performance, reduce design time, and the overall analysis and assessment can be involved in the system so as to achieve the purpose of optimization of the system, shorten the design cycle and improve system stability.Because of the improvement of the level of automation in the hydraulic system, hydraulic system fault diagnosis has become one of the key technologies in modern construction machinery. Engineering machinery hydraulic system fault simulation is of great significance for analysis for improving the reliability of hydraulic systems and provide fault diagnosis theory. This article is based on theoretical studies, simulation modeling and experimental analysis, the main contents include the following aspects:1. This paper introduce the hydraulic system simulation method, hydraulic system simulation software modeling thinking and modeling process,and analyze the application of hydraulic components in the hydraulic system mathematical model of the hydraulic actuator presented in the AMESim simulation software.2.Researching on failure mechanism of hydraulic actuator in hydraulic system. According to flow and energy equations of the hydraulic system, research the type of failure of the hydraulic actuator to determine the failure mechanism of the hydraulic actuator leakage, external leakage.3. Creating fault simulation model of the key components of the hydraulic system. For example:hydraulic actuators of excavator hydraulic systems.Failure mode analysis of the hydraulic actuator, common to the study of the hydraulic actuator failure characteristics:hydraulic actuator leakage and external leakage. Determine the feature vector of the hydraulic system. The AMESim simulation platform was used to find the normal hydraulic actuator and the failure of the hydraulic actuator of the sample curve, compare the difference between the two to identify the key points of the higher resolution.4.Researching on the establishment of a hydraulic system failure simulation testing experimental platform, verify the validity of the simulation model of the hydraulic actuator failure. Establish the Hydraulic system simulation test bed, collecte the data samples on the test, draw the curve of error, verify that the AMESim simulation platform hydraulic system can reflect the true hydraulic system.5.Establishing a backhoe hydraulic system simulation model, the establishment of a backhoe hydraulic system leakage fault injection simulation model combined with fault simulation model, analysis of the pressure of the hydraulic actuator, flow displacement curve, to provide a theoretical basis for the study of backhoe hydraulic system failure.Through this research, the paper verify the AMESim simulation-based analysis method to analyze the failure of the hydraulic system is an effective way to verify the feasibility of fault simulation model of the hydraulic system. Using AMESim simulation software to test hydraulic systems, the results are basically consistent with the actual situation.
