Electro-Hydraulic servo system is the technology integration of machine,electric and hydraulic, is the first choice in the field of high precision and big power system. Practically, for hydraulic system has complex strong coupling character, fault reason is compound and is complex, once the system happen fault, it is difficult to find the reason. Hence, it is urgent problem to make study of fault in the future.Especially emphasizes, fault study of Electro-Hydraulic servo system mainly involves fault sample information and fault mechanism. Because the fault sample comes from real engineering is scattered, and especially lacks low probability fault sample. Hence, the paper carries out the study of fault simulation, so that improves simulation technology utilization in the field of hydraulic fault diagnose. Mainly completed the following study:First, builts up simulation model of electro-hydraulic system. By the electro-hydraulic control theory and newly visual hydraulic simulation software, sets up model of the component and system. Mainly sets up hydraulic valve control position servo simulation system model; study of newly load-sensing hydraulic component.Second, Electro-Hydraulic servo system fault simulation. Basing on the simulation model, uses AMESim software to make fault simulation of electro-hydraulic servo system. Through fault simulation, provides new technology sustain for fault sample resource and for exploitation of fault mechanism. System fault may be divided into two types: one type is high probability of the machine,electro-hydraulic physics parameter pathological changes; the other is low probability system fault .Third is the method study of building up electro-hydraulic servo system half-physics simulation and check trial method. The paper adopts AMESim and MATLab real time simulation function,xPC Target station and hydraulic component to set up half-physics simulation system in order to realize Electro-Hydraulic servo system half-physics simulation, basing on this ,can further actualize fault simulation trial.Fourth is hydraulic system fault diagnoses method introduction. Mainly introduces basing on fault sample fault diagnoses method, transfer function diagnoses method and intellectual diagnoses etc. It provides condition of application and mend.
