Automatic hydraulic brick machine is the key equipment to wall brick production,which is integrated with hydraulic pneumatic technology, mechanical design andautomation control technology. It has a characteristic of high pressure, high precision andhigh efficiency. However, because of the poor working environment, the hydraulic systemfault is easier to occur and leads to great economic damage. This is why requirement toreliability and fault diagnosis is higher and higher.This paper takes KDQ1300hydraulic brick machine as the object of study. It has amainline which is “theory analysis-simulation-fault search-fault handingâ€. And itemphasizes to analyze suppression and return controlling oil pipe and mid-framecontrolling oil pipe.In the beginning, it analyzes the reliability of hydraulic system on the basis of T-Sfuzzy fault tree analysis method and fuzzy possibility of system failure, T-S fuzzyprobability importance degree and T-S fuzzy key importance degree of hydrauliccomponents are calculated. And different fault parameters on the built AMESim model aresetted to simulate fault hydraulic system of brick machine. In this way, inner link betweenfault phenomenon and fault cause are discovered and correctness of the reliability analysisverified. At the same time, it puts forward a kind of multiple attribute fault diagnosis basedon T-S fuzzy FTA method and gray target multiple attribute decision-making. This methodtakes T-S fuzzy key importance degree, cost of system failure diagnosis and number ofmultiple fault in different fault status as attributes. The final comprehensive assessmentvector is the indicator of fault diagnosis. And it improves precision and efficiency of faultdiagnosis. In the end, it applys multiple attribute fault diagnosis to provide solution for thefield fault and verifies the feasibility of this method.In addition, this paper concludes common fault of brick machine and summarizesprocessing method of hydraulic valve fault. It has certain theoretical significance andpractical value to improve the use and maintenance performance of brick machinehydraulic system, while provides solution for the field staff to resume production. |
