Mechanical stereo garage was an effective measure to solve the static traffic problem of parking disorderly and difficultly in domestic and foreign nowadays.With the unique advantages,planar movable stereo garage had been the powerful breakthrough points that improve current situation of stagnation of stereo garage industry development.Based on the actual project,researched and put forward a planar movable stereo garage,and concentrate on the research and computer simulation analysis on the key technologies,which provide new methods and techniques for the development of stereo garage industry.The main works of this paper are listed as:Researched and put forward the working process and the overall structure of planar movable stereo garage.Combined with the actual situation of the site,determined the arrangement form of steel structure,the structure of car carrying and conveying trolley.Then put forward the detailed structural scheme of automatic centering car rotary platform, elevating platform and chain drive lifting system.According to the overall structure,introduced the working process of planar movable stereo garage.Researched and analyzed on the static and dynamic characteristics of the steel structure of planar movable stereo garage.Obtained the load of wind force and earthquake force on the steel structure by derived and calculated.Then, the static analysis,modal analysis and transient analysis on the steel structure were completed in Workbench,obtained the static and dynamic properties of the steel structure.Compared with the steel structure specification,verified the stability of the steel structure of planar movable stereo garage.Established hydraulic position synchronous circuit of automatic centering car rotary platform which achieved automatic centering function,and conducted the co-simulation analysis on the hydraulic drive system.Hydraulic position synchronous circuit of automatic centering car rotary platform and its hydraulic drive system was established by using hydraulic drive technology,obtained the open loop transfer function between the input and output of system by derived,verified the closed loop stability of the system.The hydraulic drive system was collaboratively simulated with AMESim/Simulink,obtained the input and output displacement curves and the displacement error curves of the system,verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the hydraulic synchronization system.Researched and analyzed on the force conditions of the lifting system,and conducted fatigue analysis on drive shaft.Obtained the force conditions of the lifting system by calculated,accordingly the static analysis on drive shaft were completed,obtained the nephogram of stress and deformation distribution of drive shaft,checked the strength and rigidity of the drive shaft,then setting time series of drive shaft.Conducted fatigue analysis on drive shaft by nCode Design-Life, found the area where fatigue failure was first occurred in with the fatigue analysis results nephogram.Finally,introduced the manufacture,erection and test results of the prototype of the planar mobile stereo garage,and the implementation progress of the planar mobile stereo garage project was introduced as well. |
