With the development of industrialization and living standard,there are more and more vehicles in cities.Parking difficulties have gradually become an important issue related to regional development and livelihood.Building stereo garage is an important method to solve parking problems.From the perspective of engineering projects,this paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of the stereo garage,and finally selects the vertical circulation stereo garage for design and research.According to the working principle of the vertical circulation stereo garage,the mechanical structure of the garage was designed.The vertical circulation stereo garage mainly drives the basket and the vehicle for vertical circulation movement through the transmission device,which is the core device of the garage.Focusing on the design and analysis of the transmission device,the transmission device is designed as the groove wheel track chain transmission mechanism and the roller chain transmission device.In order to ensure the stability and safety of the vehicle access process,the dynamic load analysis of the groove wheel track chain transmission mechanism is carried out.The analysis results show that the pressure angle α is the key factor affecting the chain transmission load.The pressure angle α is determined by the tooth number of the groove wheel,the track radius and the chain pitch.The chain transmission load can be changed by adjusting the tooth number of the groove wheel,the track radius and the chain pitch.However,the larger the tooth number of the groove wheel and the chain pitch are,the larger the volume of the groove wheel is,and the more difficult the installation and constraint of the groove wheel are.In order to obtain the design of the groove wheel track chain drive mechanism with good stability and safety and small groove wheel size,the dynamic simulation test analysis of the groove wheel track chain drive mechanism was carried out.According to the simulation results,when the tooth number of the groove wheel is 5 and the pitch of the roller chain is 580 mm,the dynamic load generated by the chain drive is small and the groove wheel size is small,which meets the design requirements.In order to ensure the safety of large pitch roller chain,the maximum traction force of roller chain under extreme eccentric load is calculated.According to the calculation results of traction force,the shear strength of the pin structure of the roller chain was analyzed,and the tensile and bending strength of the straight chain plate was analyzed.Through the stress analysis of the straight chain plate,it is known that the structural strength of the straight chain plate is related to the cross-sectional area of the arc part.The structural strength of the straight chain plate can be improved by appropriately increasing the arc size.In order to obtain the ideal arc size of the straight chain plate,the rigid-flexible coupling simulation analysis of the straight chain plate with different arc sizes was carried out.According to the results of the rigid-flexible coupling test,the arc size of the straight chain plate was optimized by the response surface optimization method,and a more ideal chain plate structure was obtained.In order to understand the magnitude and distribution of stress and deformation of lifting chain plate,the rigid-flexible coupling test analysis of lifting chain plate was carried out.The results show that the stress of the lifting chain plate is mainly concentrated near the hole of the lifting chain plate,and the stress of the chain plate is not uniform.Strength analysis of lifting chain plate is carried out according to the results of rigid-flexible coupling test.The test results show that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the lifting chain plate are lower than the strength standard,which meets the strength requirements.In order to reduce the quality of the chain plate,the force analysis and static simulation analysis of the chain plate are carried out,and the topology optimization design of the chain plate is carried out according to the static analysis results.After optimization,the weight of the chain plate was reduced by 17 %,and the lightweight of the chain plate was realized. |
