With the advantages of high automation degree and reliability,the automatic loading mechanism has become one of the important part in the large-caliber artillery.Among all mechanisms in the artillery system,rotary chain drive cartridge servo control systems play an important role in the automatic loading system of artillery ammunition.The modern combat operation puts forward higher requirements for the accuracy of position,the speed of response and the stability of control in the rotary chain drive cartridge servo control system.This dissertation is supported by a national defense equipment research and development project.In order to meet the requirements,the composition and principle of rotary chain drive cartridge servo control system in the automatic gun ammunition loading system have been studied and analyzed.Besides,its mathematical model is established.The vector control strategy of PMSM,SVPWM,PI control and other control modules in the double closed-loop speed regulation system has been designed.On the basis of the double closed loop system,MTPA control based on Newton-Raphson iterative method is studied,and its effectiveness is verified by simulation.Because PID control can not meet the requirements of rotary chain drive cartridge servo control,an adaptive sliding mode control strategy is proposed and the feasibility of the strategy is verified by simulation.The experimental platform of rotary chain drive cartridge servo system is built,and the tracking control experiment is carried out under the different load of the cartridge.The experimental results show that rotary chain drive cartridge servo control system has high dynamic tracking and steady-state locating accuracy.Rotary chain drive cartridge servo control system which is proposed in this paper can meet the requirements and improve the stability and reliability of the gun automatic loading system.The engineering design has great application value.
