Control System Of Intelligent Stereo Garage With High Efficient Direct-drive Technology

With the continuous increase of car ownership in our country,parking spaces become more and more insufficient.Mechanical stereo garage achieves rapid development in recent years as a kind of efficient parking equipment.This text took stacking intelligent stereo garage with high efficiency direct-drive as object of study,after deep literature investigation and field trips of other stereo garages in our country,main works below were completed in this thesis.1.System scheme of using direct-drive control technology based on linear induction motor in mechanical stereo garage was established.Through analyzing problems existing in present mechanical stereo garage,linear induction motor was used to drive stacker and car carrier directly,in place of reducer and chain transmission system in traditional mechanical stereo garage.The fast operation and precise orientation of linear induction motor were realized through cooperation of PLC and frequency converter.2.Hardware of electrical control system for high efficient direct-drive intelligent stereo garage was designed,which is made up of electrical control cabinet,power management module,sensor signal processing circuit,programmable logic controller Siemens PLC300,actuator(Siemens frequency converter G120)and related peripheral equipment modules.3.A complete set of software program was completed for control system of high efficient direct-drive stacking intelligent stereo garage.The program was realized by using object-oriented programming method,which split a huge complicated program into multiple small simply realized programs.Intension and extension of every small program were defined.The object-oriented programming method pays attention to the object but not the process of program execution.Therefore,this program possesses certain generality and portability,and it's convenient to add new programs to it later.4.A set of integral mechanism of safety protection and fault recovery for high efficient direct-drive intelligent stereo garage is built to guarantee normal operation of stereo garage from both hardware and software.Administrator can judge fault type rapidly through operation of touch-screen.The garage can be recovered within the shortest time,which effectively reduces maintenance cost of the garage.After continuous tests and improvements,control system of high efficient direct-drive stacking intelligent stereo garage was accomplished and put into commercial operation.
