In conclude, from the overall strategic planning, draw the path of controlling the traffic congestion.We can take measures as follows: use traffic demand management strategy, improve the city’s comprehensive network system, adhere to the policy of giving priority to public transport, improve the intelligent transportation system and improve the traffic behavior civilization consciousness so as to solve the problem of traffic congestion.
