Jiangsu Provincial Yangtze River Bridge Headquarter is responsible for the quality, schedule and costs of bridges spanning Yangtze River in territory of Jiangsu Province. A 3-level schedule system has been established and different responsibilities have been shared among the Employer, Engineer and Contractor.Procedure of project time management and project managing pattern basing on the Project Management Body of Knowledge are introduced in the article. Time management experience of Runyang Bridge is systematically summarized, of which advantage and disadvantage also being analyzed. Adopting new methods and technology of project management fitting characteristics of large-scale bridges are proposed under China's current situation of popularizing overall contracting management.
