At present, with the continuous development of economy, two major problems loom large in the shortage of energy and environmental pollution. As a prototypical exemplar of new-energy vehicle, electric automobile has been generally paid attention to in the world. In the next few years, charging stations will enter the period of construction peak. How to make an effective schedule management in such a large group of construction projects is particularly important. Based on the critical chain theory, this paper constructs a schedule management model which is adapted to the management requirements of charging station construction, and its feasibility is illustrated with an example. Therefore, in this thesis, the main objects are as follows:Firstly, this article theoretically summarizes the results and conclusions of existing research on electric vehicle charging infrastructure. And this paper summarizes the situation of the development of electric vehicle charging stations in China.Secondly, the traditional management theory in schedule management, thus the theory of the critical path method, is analyzed. At the same time, the phenomenon that progress usually out of control under the traditional management theory is analyzed. Then, indicate the basic idea of the critical chain, assumptions, etc., and based on critical chain technology put forward the schedule management model. After that make up the comparison of the critical path method and critical chain method. Then, the paper expounds the framework of critical chain schedule management:the time limit for project estimation, to determine the critical chain, balance resources, buffer management, and other specific implementation steps of critical chain technology are introduced in detail. According to the characteristics of the basic composition, classification and construction of charging stations, this paper analysis the critical chain method in the management of charging station construction.Finally, taking a multi-projects of taxi station in Beijing Yanqing as the research object, the application of critical chain schedule management model in this project construction schedule management is made. Using the corresponding organization structure adaptation and the establishment of early warning mechanism to supervise and control the project progress control. Then evaluate the results of this project.This paper draws on the existing theory of project management especially the related schedule management knowledge. Based on the contrast analysis between critical path method and critical chain method, finding the critical chain method advantages in the charging station construction schedule management. Building a charging station schedule management model based on the critical chain. This model integrates the critical chain schedule management processes, and corresponding organization structure and early warning mechanism, etc. are determined. Finally, to apply this model on a multi-projects schedule management of the actual operation, to realize the model for empirical research.
