Commercial Complex Composite Moving Line Of Design Elements

Along with the macro-economy of the economic environment and the improvement of the continuous improvement of living standards, the construction of commercial complex with the features of high investment, long cycle and stable consumer crowd flow of which are very important for the commercial sustainable development,which has many difference from the traditional department, store and supermarket society,as the favorites, is booming in the mainland.Furthermore, because of the commercial complex has rich forms and many functions, its customers are various. So it has the different requirement for the constructed design, especially for its internal layout of industrial function and organization of traffic flow line.Therefore with the constructed design lead the crowd consuming area to linger and orderly and rationally lead the customers into different form space, to achieve their consumption is very significant.This text combined the commercial building’ specificity and at the basis of related theory of commercial complex to analyze the dynamic line organization of the commercial complex from two aspects, one is the compound design of transit line moving between inside and outside of commercial complex, another is the compound design of internal used line.This text, joined the commercial building’s functional features, discussed the generatrix designed strategy from business strategy and architectural design. And through this,the design strategy of natural ventilation, solar energy utilization and construction visor are put forward. And through dealing with the reasonable architectural design methods, blend it in the constructed design to get the result of optimization of commercial space, improvement of business feedback.With the popularity of the integration of commercial buildings, commercial complex streamline is becoming more and more complicated,so the general business streamline strategy has some limitations. Through the investigation and analysis of many successful commercial complex, the commercial complex compound line theory is put forward.The thesis,based on the above research, took the case of Haikou commercial complex design practice in Kunming, Yunnan province, mainly analyze the reasonable organization style of traffic streamline in the commercial complex. So that to take advantage of compound action line design strategies to optimize and improve the actual engineering project to make people have a good shopping environment and comfortable shopping experience in commercial complex. Also, hoping this paper of design research and practice could provide some useful reference for similar engineering constructions at the same time.
