With the rapid development of the economy after China’s reform and opening up, China’s urban construction is in full swing. The ten years after the new millennium is one of the most rapid stage on urbanization development. Residential and commercial as two of the most important sector of urban land, determines the urban landscape and livable environment in a large extent. The government and developers try different types of business model serving the residents live, makes the mode become mature and perfect.Suzhou industrial park neighborhood center as one of the China’s urbanization community business model has important research significance. Formats, as the soul of business, the rationality of its configuration directly determines the commercial value, operation success and the convenience of entire community.
