| Industry is the basis for supporting economic development, and the optimization of industrial spatial layout is conducive to improving the level of industrial agglomeration and promoting high-quality industrial development.Industrial park is the spatial carrier of many industries in the city.As an international cooperative industrial park, industrial development is the core content of the construction of Suzhou Industrial Park, which has been continuously optimizing its industrial spatial layout and improving the economic benefits of industrial agglomeration in the process of development for many years. With the rapid economic development,SIP is moving from a single-function industrial zone to an independent new city, the influx of service industry is accelerated, the functions are more complex, and the industry is changing from the stage of high-speed development to the stage of high-quality development, which will also put forward higher requirements on the industrial spatial layout.Nowadays, the research on industrial spatial layout has received more and more attention from scholars at home and abroad. The research on industrial spatial layout and its evolution characteristics can help to comprehensively understand the industrial development process in the studied area, and help to more deeply explore the influencing factors affecting industrial spatial development,so as to provide theoretical basis for optimizing urban industrial spatial layout and promoting high-quality economic development. In this context, this paper takes Suzhou Industrial Park as the research area and the industries in the park as the research object, and uses various spatial analysis methods based on micro-enterprise point data to analyze the spatial layout evolution of three types of industries in the park, namely manufacturing, production service and living service,in terms of the characteristics of the change in the number of enterprises, the direction and intensity of industrial spatial expansion, the degree of agglomeration and the pattern of agglomeration distribution. The spatial layout evolution of the three types of industries, namely manufacturing, production service and living service industries,is analyzed and further described by the spatial layout evolution characteristics of the subsectors.Secondly, the Tobit regression model is used to explore the influencing factors affecting the spatial layout of industries in the park, combining the summary of literature findings and the research results on the evolution characteristics of industrial spatial layout in the park. Finally, based on the evolution characteristics and influencing factors,we try to propose a guiding strategy to promote the high-quality development of industrial space in Suzhou Industrial Park.According to the research, the industrial space of Suzhou Industrial Park is generally characterized by the evolution of the pattern of "large dispersion and small agglomeration".The industrial space generally expands to the eastern part of the park,i.e.the eastern part of Weiting and Shengpu, while the direction of Xietang is the secondary expansion direction, and the expansion intensity gradually decreases.Among the three types of industries, production service industry has the strongest expansion intensity. The number and location of manufacturing industry agglomeration areas change less, while the agglomeration pattern of production service industry and living service industry changes from a single agglomeration area to multiple agglomeration areas with scattered distribution. In addition,it is found that the spatial layout evolution characteristics of enterprises in sub-industries of various industries also differ significantly. The spatial layout of industries in the park is influenced by a variety of factors. In general, transportation, agglomeration and policy factors have important effects on the spatial layout of industries, innovation factors are also important for manufacturing and production services, and the spatial layout of lifestyle services is also influenced by the gravitational force of business districts and demographic factors due to its industrial nature which is significantly different from other industries. In addition, the influencing factors of each sub-industry are also different.Based on the above findings, the study proposes strategies from the perspectives of government, transportation and innovation to guide the high-quality development of industrial space in the park. |
