| Remanufacturing is an important way of promoting the sustainable development. Facing the increasingly serious resources and environment problem, it is very significance to study the remanufacturing engineering. However, because there are many uncertainty of the remanufacturing blank, like the blank’s quality, quantity and service status are unknown, it is still unable to realize mass production. In this paper, according to the current situation of traditional remanufacturing, we proposed the Proactive Remanufacturing. Focus on studying the design thought of proactive remanufacturing, the concept and application of the service mapping model, we put forward the frame of proactive remanufacturing design and provide the theoretical basis for proactive remanufacturing design.First we analysis the problems existing in the remanufacturing production, and then propose the concept of proactive remanufacturing for solving the problems. Compared the traditional remanufacturing with the proactive remanufacturing, summing up four important characteristics of it. After reviewing the recent remanufacturing design method, we divided the proactive remanufacturing design into three layers of structure, parts and products. The service mapping model is put forward from the parts’layer. At last take the centrifugal compressor impeller as an example, optimal design the impeller with the aid of service mapping model.It turned out that, the performance of optimized impeller can satisfy the requirements of the user. So proactive remanufacture the impeller at this time can both meet the requirement and can make the indicators of the integrated optimal in whole life cycle of the centrifugal compressor impeller. |
