| Remanufacturing is an important way to prolong the service life of machinery and equipment,to realize the multi-life cycle engineering of equipment and to promote the sustainable development of machinery and equipment.However,the remanufacturing characteristics such as disassembly and recyclability are not taken into account in the design phase of existing mechanical equipment,which affects and hinders the remanufacturability of mechanical equipment at the end of its life and restricts the development of remanufacturing of mechanical equipment.With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation project of "Multi-objective Optimal Redesign Theory and Method for Waste Machinery Equipment Based on Remanufacturing Domain Space"(51675388),and the project of the Ministry of Information and Technology Green Manufacturing System Integration Project of "Metal Cutting Machine Tool Green Design Platform Construction and Integrated Demonstration",the multi-objective optimization design method of mechanical equipment design for remanufacturing was studied systematically.(1)The connotation of mechanical equipment design for remanufacturing was analyzed.The design criteria and indexes of mechanical equipment design for remanufacturing wer put forward.The remanufacturing characteristics were integrated into the whole process of new mechanical equipment design,such as demand domain,function domain,structure domain and scheme domain,and the design process of mechanical equipment design for remanufacturing was constructed.The effective transmission and distribution of remanufacturing demand information,the mapping relationship between remanufacturing demand and design scheme were discussed.(2)Considering the complex coupling relationship of remanufacturability between the assembly-components-parts of mechanical equipment,the remanufacturing feature domain space of mechanical equipment was established,which integrates three dimensions of "material,technology and economy" and three levels of "assembly,components and parts".The factors of energy consumption,material consumption and cost were considered comprehensively.A multi-objective optimization design model of mechanical equipment design for remanufacturing was established.The analytical target cascading method was used to transfer and feedback control energy consumption,material consumption and cost among between layers.The multi-objective coordinated optimization of the assembly-component-parts of the design scheme was realized.(3)In order to get a reasonable design scheme and avoid subjectivity in selection,a multi attribute decision making method based on entropy weight method and fuzzy setwas proposed.The evaluation index system with comprehensive consideration of technical,economic and environmental factors was established.The practicability and effectiveness of this method was verified by the design of bearing assembly machine.(4)A computer aided design system for metal cutting machine tool disassembly/easy recovery/remanufacturing was developed,based on the above research.The system scheme design,scheme evaluation,detailed design,simulation analysis and database knowledge module were studied.The application process of the system in the company was explained.The system provides a good technical support for designers to carry out machine equipment design for remanufacturin,and a good application prospect. |
