Nowadays,remanufacturing is the best way to reuse high-value mechanical and electrical products in manufacturing industry.Research on remanufacturing is very valuable for China's sustainable development strategy.However,the uncertainty of quantity and quality of remanufacturing cores in traditional remanufacturing engineering hinders further industrialization of remanufacturing projects.To meet this problem,the key concept of predecisional remanufacturing is explained in this paper,the demand of design is taken as the goal from the perspective of product design,and an optimization design method for predecisional remanufacturing based on structure-service similarity analysis is proposed.Firstly,the basic theory and concept of predecisional remanufacturing are explained,and the framework of predecisional remanufacturing design is put forward.The connotation of predecisional remanufacturing time zone and matching principle are emphatically introduced,the evolution process of product service-remanufacturing process performance is analyzed with combining the degradation curve of product performance analysis,and the key parts for remanufacturing are divided.Then the demand of predecisional remanufacturing time zone is transformed into the performance requirement.The objective function of optimization design is proposed and the demand of predecisional remanufacturing design is extracted and quantified;Secondly,the theory of stress concentration structure is put forward,the concept of structure similarity is established based on the theory of similar structure,the concept of service similarity is established by analyzing the failure form and performance of mechanical parts.The mapping relationship between design parameters and service performance is analyzed and quantified based on the principle of support vector machine.The structure-service similarity mapping function is proposed and the similarity mapping model based on similarity analysis is constructed;Finally,the optimization design method based on similarity mapping model is proposed,and the specific design flow is introduced in detail.The similarity mapping models of crankshaft and connecting rod are established by taking engine products as an example.The validity and feasibility of the method are verified by the optimization design of crankshaft and connecting rod based on the design requirement of predecisional remanufacturing of engine.The result shows that the target of predecisional remanufacturing time zone and the time zone matching of engine remanufacturing can be achieved by adjusting the time zone of key parts remanufacturing proactively with the predecisional remanufacturing optimization design method based on similarity analysis.Thus the uncertainty of the remanufacturing process are reduced,so the economic,environmental and technical remanufacturing is further enhanced.
