| In the course of nearly 20 years of development,China’s remanufacturing has made major breakthroughs and great strides in progress,making great contributions in saving resources,energy and environmental protection.In this paper,the difficulties encountered in the timing decision-making of predecisional remanufacturing of the internal combustion engine and the current predecisional remanufacturing design mostly start with a single critical component and fail to take into account of the design of multiple parts.The content of predecisional remanufacturing timing determine,contact coupling model establishment and verification and concrete predecisional remanufacturing timing control method of critical components of internal combustion engine are mainly research.Firstly,the related researches on predecisional remanufacturing theory in internal combustion engine applications and the existing difficulties are described.A method to determine the predecisional remanufacturing timing of critical components based on the variation rule of redundant intensity values is proposed.Secondly,the timing control method of predecisional remanufacturing of critical components is put forward.By analyzing the remanufacturing status of critical components,determining the timing control target,analyzing the characteristics of internal combustion engine products with power performance,and building power and feature structures mapping model,analyzing the characteristics of the critical components with redundancy strength as the remanufacturing performance characterization,build the mapping model of the redundancy strength value with the feature structure,and finally establish the contactcoupling model of the critical components to determine the attribution of coupling characteristic parameters,the correlation characteristics parameters and independent characteristic parameters.The power of the whole machine is taken as the optimization goal,the redundancy strength of each critical component and the assembly requirements are taken as the constraints,and the timing adjustment and control function is set up to carry out the joint optimization design of multiple critical components,Making the internal combustion engine products and components tend to coordinate the various critical components.Finally,taking a certain type of single cylinder diesel engine as an example,the above research and methods are verified.After predecisional remanufactured timing control of critical components,on the one hand to achieve the critical components,as well as the best fit between components and products,provides a new solution to the problems of ‘early remanufacturing’ and ‘delayed remanufacturing’ of components,on the other hand,the negative impact of single component optimization on the remaining components and product is avoided. |
