| With the development of modernization, informatization and living standards in our country, the amount of construction and real estate development has gradually increased. How to enhance the efficiency of the construction of buildings become pressing concerns in the construction industry. The contradiction of rapid urbanization and the backward building production mode is more and more prominent, how to improve the efficiency of building construction and change the backward production mode gradually become the research subject of scholars.The concept of building industrialization make construction industry find an efficient way to change the backward production mode and improve the efficiency of building construction. So the building industrialization became a hot issue of in construction industry.This dissertation firstly through to the study of domestic building industry development present situation as well as to the comparative study of domestically and internationally ecological evaluation system, and then establish the building industrialization ecological evaluation index system. Building industrialization evaluation system can be divided into energy saving, water saving, material saving, living environment quality, and construction operation management rule of six layers. Secondly, using the AHP method to calculate and analyze the weight values of building industrialization ecological evaluation system. Finally, selecting the representative cases of the typical industrial buildings to conduct field investigation and combine with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the ecological scores of cases, and then analyze the results and give suggestions for the ecological development of building industrialization in Anhui province.With the calculation of building industrialization ecological evaluation system of each evaluation indexes and the weight values, the study firstly put forward the energy conservation should be the most important concern in the development of ecological building industrialization. The method of building industrialization solve the problem of consumption of energy and resources by the traditional way, so as to achieve the ecological and sustainable development. Buildings should also start out from the aspects of operation management mode to improve the efficiency in the stage of construction and maintenance, so as to adapt the current informatization and intelligent development. Secondly, from the field investigation and the analysis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be concluded that the current building industrialization ecological performance in Anhui province is not very good, the use of building industrialization rate is still relatively low. The building industrialization development in Anhui province in the future should pay more attention to the energy saving and improve the prefabricated rate. Industrialization of residential projects should use solar energy technology, integral hutch defends, decoration integration technology, water-saving appliances, and the new green materials and technology. The constructer and government should analysis the land planning to cooperate the design and construction in the future. Improving the indoor and outdoor environmental quality and establish a perfect construction operations management system and adopting the intellectualization and informationization management pattern to conform to the building industrialization ecological and sustainable development needs in the future. |
