The Evaluation Research Of Ecological Building Based On FAHP

Ecological building is an another important concept after Green Building, and is also the recent outstanding trend of construction industry at home and abroad. Its biggest characteristi c is the organic function of human, nature and building. Recently it puts forward some ecologi cal building research evaluation system at abroad which has larger influence, while research i n this field is just beginning at home which did not build the corresponding index system and uniform evaluation criteria. So this article is committed to building an ecological building ind ex system for local building and then doing evaluation research, so as to promote the actual ap plication and development for ecological building.Firstly, the article analyses the development of the theory and practical application of ecological building, and introduces the main evaluation method at home and abroad. Then according to the literature materials and the actual situation of construction industry, it build up an ecological architecture index system for local buildings, and introduces the factor stratification andevaluation set of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to weight its factor. Finally with Ganzhou Museum of Nature for example, it carries out the evaluation level based on the questionnaires and analyses the evaluation results to put forward the corresponding suggestions.The research result is the inovative construction of ecological building index system and the use of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Ganzhou Museum of Nature which level is good. This article demonstrates that the proposed method can be comprehensive evaluation and classfication the level for ecological building, and also has a significant meaning for its development.
