Spatial Layout Research Of Hopsca

With the rising popularity of hopsca development, the research of hopsca has become a concerned issue. In recent years, the development of domestic hopsca construction appeared a surprising speed and scale, which not only reflects the rapid development of cities in China, but also reflects the transformation of urban economic structure and adjustment of social structure. At the same time, as some hopsca’s positioning is not clear, its functional structure become unreasonable, its space layout is unable to meet consumer’s demand and eventually lead to complex business problems such as "yellow" off.Development of hopsca in our country is still in primary stage, its functional orientation, spatial layout and the coordination with urban functions and spaces all reveals our lack of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. But WANXIANG City mode indeed appeared strong competitive advantage in competition of the commercial complex over the past decade. This paper hopes to study the city’s comprehensive body after emergence is how mature and optimized space layout, which is how to adapt to the modern business needs.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter, mainly elaborated the research background and innovation; the second chapter elaborated some theories and stories of the role of hopsca spatial layout elements; ChapterⅢ summarized the current development situation of hopsca. Chapter Ⅳis the research of hopsca’s spatial layout policy; Chapter V Nanning Vientiane City, for example, complex urban space layout empirical performance; Chapter Ⅵ summarizs the function of hopsca’s spatial layout to the urban development, and proposes the envisage of future research.
