The larger the caliber, the longer the range and the more powerful the weapon, the greater the recoil force. The great recoil force can increase vibration of the rifle, reduce shooting accuracy and increase the quality of rifle system, which will affect the combat effectiveness of the solider and can not meet the need of the high mobility and high operational efficiency in modern warfare. Therefore reducing the recoil force has become an extremely important problem in the development and design of weapons in future.In this paper, taking the rifle-automatic as research subjects, reducing the recoil force of rifles and improving the shooting accuracy as the goa l, A rifle with new launch principle was designed. Keeping the same combat performance with the current machine gun, the overall plan of the automatic was put forward, to which the principle of constant recoil was applied and the three-dimensional model for the main parts of the rifle-automatic were built According the overall scheme, the interior ballistic program of Constant Recoil-automatic was written by the MATLAB software and the data, the curve of pressure-time and velocity-time were obtained. Based on analyzing the motion process of the constant recoil- automation, The dynamics model of the automatic was established and the different mechanism parameters was matched by the MATLAB software. The simulation results show that the program can make the rifle-automata realize the principle of Constant Recoil. Based on the dynamics simulation model of the constant recoil-automation, change the parameters of mechanism about Constant Recoil-automatic and compare with result of influence to motion characteristic of the automatic.The principle of Constant Recoil is applied first to the rifle-automatic in this paper. The simulation results of the paper proves that the design scheme is feasible and the theoretical analysis is correct. The research results of the Constant Recoil-automatic has a certain theoretical significance and reference value for reducing the first impulse, the second impulse in the process of the recoil and improving the shooting accuracy. |
