According to the parameter testing requirement for recoil motion of the fire arms, both the specific implementations about the recoil force testing method based on the tripartition force test and the recoil energy testing method based on the velocity test for most freedom recoil motion are studied in the paper.Mechanism of production for fire arms recoil motion and the characters of the recoil force AND rate signal of the freedom recoil motion are discussed in the paper. Considering the testing environment, requirements for composing a test system are put forward, and the mathematical model of the recoil force test system AND recoil energy test system are established as well.According to the assumed method which is mentioned above, partial mechanical device is designed to realize parameter testing for recoil motion, and system hardware platform which is based on the PXI bus is organized, in the meantime, test system software is executed through Labwindows/CVI, then calibrating method with tripartition force device is put forward, at last, the standardize experiments , the test experiments of recoil force ball firing and the experiments to demonstrate recoil energy are processed, according to the experimental data, we can conclude the testing method is feasible and the test system is reliable which satisfy the test requirement very well.
