Research Of Gun Recoil Effect And Evaluation Method

Gun recoil effect is the transfer of movement and the effect of force, that during the firing process, between the supporting body and gun.The strength of gun recoil is one of the important indexes for gun performance evaluation,In order to study the characteristics of gun recoil effect and quantitative evaluate the gun recoil strength, based on the gun recoil test system of one-way translation and standing shoot, combined with the existing gun recoil evaluation and measurement method,the characteristic parameters of gun recoil effect, influencing factors and evaluation methods have been analyzed and researched.In this paper, based on the gun recoil test system of one-way translation and standing shoot, combined with the motion mechanism of three different basic gun’s automatic mode,gas operation,simple blow back, recoil operation,six kinds of gun recoil analysis model and the corresponding kinetic equations were established, and the six kinds of analysis models have been solved numerically.According to the analysis model of gun recoil,the numerical analysis on influences of the main parameters of two shooting modes,which are system quality, stiffness,damping, support position, support moment of inertia,preload and gun automatic mode,to the gun recoil effect have been carried out,and through the gun recoil test system of one-way translation,The influence laws of the same parameters for different guns recoil effect have been analyzed quantitative.Based on numerical analysis and experiments study, according to the characteristics and concept of gun recoil effect when the gun have been shot by shooter, starting from the sensory perception of shooter on gun recoil effect,the characteristic parameters of gun,which have been used to evaluate the strength of gun recoil,have been analyzed and determined, at the same time, combine with ergonomics, the sensitivity threshold and sensitive impulse of the gun recoil strength assessment concept have been presented, and a set of multiple factor evaluation method of gun recoil effect have been established.
