The Landscape Change Design Research Of Chengdu Historical And Cultural Blocks Basing On The Concept Of Organic Renewal

In the past,under the urban renewal development mode of big demolition to build,the Old City is not only cut off the roots of the city,but also lost the original vitality and life scenes,indeed losing some of what made it unique.Along with the social economic development,the Old City needs to seek a way which can retain city pattern, make Historic content of the old town to continue and stimulate the vitality of the city to let the city protective development.In recent years,the case of Old City reconstruction emerge in endlessly both at home and abroad,but for most of the cases are on the basis of breaking away from the city landscape and the local cultural background, finally,many end up with failures.So we need to find a new theoretical basis and methods,On the question of how to explore the problem of old city reconstruction.The Organic renewal theory includes the protection and development which restricts and accelerates each other at the same time.Comparing with traditional methods,the Urban organic renewal theory system is more affinity open, in the aspects of exquisite design method stressde to sublation moderate and had a strong inclusive.Pay attention to the old city context and the historical inheritance and continuity; Pay attention to the scope of each update of the accused, and gradually is not a large one-time update development.In this paper, we use the theory of the organic update for further interpretation and explanation combined with the existing theory.The old city is an organic and complete system, emphasizes the update is dealing the process of the relationship of the old city between the part and the whole.Update old city should follow the original urban framework structure and skin texture, emphasis on a small scale updates.The old city update should follow the principle of gradual and emphasize the organic nature of the overall proce.Chengdu is an ancient city of thousands years,which with rich history and culture.China Lane is located in the ancient Chengdu,which we also call it Shaocheng,which belongs to the old city core region.The block is the important part of regional culture of Chengdu,which completely retains the structure of urban street of Shaocheng period and after age change of history and culture of Chengdu.Therefore,this paper takes China Lane as sample,having typical significance for the study of the ancient city of the old blocks on organic update.It is on the basic of dissecting the successful experience of the historical and cultural block landscape transformation at home and abroad. And then it tries hard to explore mode of landscape organic renewal of the historical and cultural block,by investigating and analysising the spatial pattern of landscape,historical context and stores for the comprehensive and so on,which is after the reconstruction of China Lane in Chengdu. Finally,it puts forward the strategies of the transformation in five aspects,including the emphasis on urban landscape,the historical context,attaches great importance to public participation,emphasis on project management,commercial overflow phenomenon,as well as provides the way to landscape transformation for other historical and cultural blocks.
