Building energy conservation has become a research topic,which has been paid more attention by lots of countries in the world. In China, building energy consumption accounted for more than 40 percent of the total energy consumption.With the urbanization process accelerating, building energy consumption will continue to increase, Among the new buildings, the residential buildings occupied dominant position. In order to save urban land, deep-plan residential buildings were widely developed. Based on the background of energy conservation, further research about the residential building of the development and characteristics in the Central Plains will be discussed, this article sums up the basic strategies and methods to reduce the energy consumption of deep-plan residential buildings, and tries to simulate and analyze by simulation software.The main contents are summarized as follows:Firstly, this paper discusses the characteristics of the deep-plan residential buildings in the Central Plains, and sums up the sufficient daylighting and poor ventilatilation are the main cause of its energy consumption. In addition, through theoretical analysis with natural lighting and ventilation, it analyze the basic characteristic and action principle, sorts out the influence factors, completes the preliminary theoretical analysis and prepares for the following optimazed work.Secondly, summarize the basic characteristics of the natural geographical landscape and climate in the Central Plains, lay special stress on analysis of light climate and wind climate in the region. then comprehensive analyze the climate. For the deep-plan residential buildings, Aimed at deep-plan residential buildings,studie the methods of land saving and summarize its development evolution,further analysis of its inadequate lighting and poor ventilation shortcomings.Thirdly, summarized the basic characteristics of the natural geographical landscape and climate in the central plains,based on the theoretical analysis above,proposes the optimization design strategy between lighting and ventilation for deep-plan residential buildings,further research the optimization design strategy from the general layout, plane layout, openings and peripheral support structure of the relevant components.As for analysis technology and methods, both ECOTECT simulation technique and CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics in short)ventilation simulation technique had been applied,an effective technical support had beenprovided for partial quantitative analysis and dynamic analysis by means of establishing the digital models and local climate data.Finally,based on the optimization strategy,comprehensive analysis the deep-plan residential buildings,try some appropriate technologies and strategies in lighting and ventilation, find out the best combining point,in order to trend in harmony and unity between lighting and ventilation,also increase the optimization strategy of practical value, more realistic.
