Study On Low Cost Landscape Design Of Residential In The Integration Process Of Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Province

The research of low cost landscape design of residential in the integration process of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province aims to help undertake the function transfer and industrial transfer,meet the need of the ecological environment improvement of city group building of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. The research is one of the important principles and measures to address the integration landscape construction of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. In this paper, based on the integration background of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the author suggests a low-cost landscape design of connotation,principles and policies,hoping to be able to contribute to the low-cost residential landscape design of integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The article is divided into seven chapters: The first chapter discusses the background, content and necessity of the research,analysises and summarizes the research purpose, significance,methods and frameworks;the second chapter describes related concepts, provides the connotation, background and significance of low cost landscape design, searches for contemporary landscape design theories and their mutual relations at home and abroad; the third chapter puts forward several design principles based on the research of factors affecting the cost of residential landscape design; the fourth chapter studies an introduction to the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, informs the the necessity of low cost landscape construction of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region;the fifth chapter presents strategies of low cost landscape design of residential in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the macro and micro aspects,the sixth chapter discusses the ideas of low cost residential landscape design based on different types of base address,analysises two typical cases of Shi Jiazhuang to interprete the low cost residential landscape design in the integration process of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The present article provides the following conclusions with theoretical study and practical case studies:(1) Low cost landscape construction measure is a necessary construction situation in the process of integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province, in order to avoid duplicated construction caused in the interlink of between areas’ overall planning and detailed planning.(2) Low cost landscape design of residential should absorb and draw lessons from related theories in the process of integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province, follow the principles of low cost landscape design, take the macro strategies of priority to ecological construction, scientific and rational transport organization planning, compact city construction, economic and aesthetic appearance of the application and efficiency of the supplement, differentiated conservation and the micro strategies of low cost space design, hardware and software design, traffic organization, plant design, water features design, water saving design, vertical design, pavement design, ancillary facilities, landscape sketch and lighting design combined with the characteristics of residential projects in Beijing, Tianjin region.(3) Guiding the direction of low cost landscape design based on different base address types and site conditions,combined with the national policy and regional planning management.(4) Low cost landscape design which has direction, planning and steps can be dispersed to and radiated around every aspect of the residential landscape construction in the process of integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province, and reduce the overall cost of construction, even the low cost concept can also be extended from the field of landscape construction and extension to the construction, transportation, science and technology industry and industrial production and other aspects of China’s urban construction to bring immeasurable added benefits.
