Study On Expressway Administration Optimization Of Hebei Province Based On Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration

In the new period,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(Jing-Jin-Ji)integration and coordinated development for the Jing-Jin-Ji both are the important national strategies,which are proposed by the Party Central Committee and the State Council.The expressway,as an important transportation way across the three provinces,plays a more and more important role in regulating the resources,talents and culture of the three provinces of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Based on the national strategy of coordinated development for the Jing-Jin-Ji,expressway reform of Hebei Province is an important link.According to the foreign expressway management and Hebei’s development,we should improve the management level of Hebei expressway,optimize the expressway management system,which is an urgent task to realize the integration of expressway in the Jing-Jin-Ji region.This work focuses on the issues and countermeasures of expressways management in Hebei Province.Based On the new public management theory,new public service theory,combined with the new situation and new task of Hebei Province and advanced experience of domestic and international expressway management,we analyze the countermeasures of Hebei in expressway administration under the background of Jing-Jin-Ji integration.This paper puts forward suggestions on the coordinated development of Hebei expressway administration in five aspects,including the coordinated development,legislation,management system,new technology,and brand of “Hebei Road”,aiming at exploring the effective measures for the development of expressways in Hebei Province under the background of Jing-Jin-Ji integration and promoting the healthy and rapid development of expressways in Hebei Province.
