As a major national strategy,The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is adapt to the national reform and development requirement.The regional development needs the innovation of system mechanism.This paper focus on the the significant influence which traffic infrastructure acts on the regional economic integration.By learning about the road accessibility of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the study on the relationship between government,enterprises,social organizations and other subjects who join the transportation construction,the effective collaborative governance scheme is put forward.Through these measures,the management efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation infrastructure will be improved and the traffic corridor will accelerate regional economic integration.Specifically,based on cross-border cooperative governance experience of public service and related study about regional transportation accessibility at home and abroad,we launch the research under the guidance of accessibility theory and collaborative governance theory.Effect of traffic infrastructure on economics is analysised by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative investigations.Qualitative research starts from two angles that is how traffic acts on market integration and industrial integration.Quantitative research relies on SPASS19.0 software.By using principal component analysis(pca),we gain the integrated evaluation of two groups which respectively calculated by the index systems.Then a linear regression of the integrated evaluation results show that traffic infrastructure's interpretation of economic integration is very strong.The more perfect transportation system is,the faster the process of economic integration should be.On the contrary,it will hinder the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic longitudinal deepening development.Next is the the traffic situation research.Take traffic accessibility as the research object and topological metric as the main method,we respectively study the urban rail network and road network from three aspects which are urban agglomeration degree of stretch,node's degree of network connection and node's ability of network control.By comprehensive analysis,the empirical results review that the traffic accessibility of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is overall good,but the transport link between nodes is uneven.The transports of both Chengde and Hengshui need to expand.Given the weak linkof Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation system will become a restraint to regional coordinated development of economy and traffic construction have multiple participants,we analysis the relationship between the government,enterprises and social organizations combined with the social network analysis and game theory.At the same time,we put forward the networked concept of partnership and the construction of collaborative governance mechanism which includes information service integration mechanism,interest coordination mechanism,coordination mechanism and emergency linkage mechanism and the safeguard mechanism of appraisal.Without scientific cooperative governance measure,the against interests of each participant will resist even interrupt management process,resulting in an increase in governance inefficiency and cost of the project.
