| As China’s urbanization process accelerated, traffic congestion and air pollution problems affected more and more people’s lives. Urban public bicycle system is not only a convenience for municipal government projects, but also an important part of the sustainable development of the city. As of June 2015, the number of China’s mobile Internet users reached 900 millions, and the mobile Internet is having a profound impact on the national economy and people’s livelihood. With the "Internet+" is written in the 2015 government work report, the integration of the Internet and the public transport services will be able to have a great role in promoting the latter. On the one hand, the promotion of the third generation of urban public bike system itself is a project that benefit the government, and all procurement and operational costs were borne by the government side, which caused a certain amount of pressure on the government’s fiscal spending. On the other hand, because there is no point to solve the problem from the users’point of view when introducing the urban public bicycle system of the third generation, it results in poor user experience and low willingness. Based on the above issue, this paper combines the Internet and the urban public bicycle system, and designs an App product based on the mobile Internet. This topic will be carried out in the research design goal-oriented design theory. Firstly, by comparing the current situation of the domestic and foreign urban public bicycle development status and by field work of Guangzhou, Chengdu and Aksu, to determine the problems to be solved and design direction. Secondly, the use of design methods such as "customer journey map" and so on to find out the problems and demand that appear in the process which the user it. Thirdly, through the SWOT model analysis and product demand, to build the information framework of urban public bike App, and to design the product interaction diagram and the visual figure. Finally, use the eye movement experiments and the survey of user satisfaction to fully assess the usability of the product. The purpose of the study is to explore the future of the development of urban public bike system, and to find new points of innovation for urban public service. A national public service should not be subject to geographical constraints. This topic hope to connect nationwide public bicycle services in different cities, by using mobile Internet, and make the user experience as a starting point to make user use urban public bicycle no matter when and where it is. |
