| The development of the mobile internet presents prosperous. As the main entrance of the mobile internet, mobile application store are more and more competitive. The major operating system provider, terminal manufacturers, telecom operators and the third party mobile application store share the distribution market. With the environment of internet product are seriously homogeneity, how to make products different and do the user experience well becomes crucial.This article researches the user experience of mobile application, sets a goal to improve the user experience. I have established a user experience model of mobile application store through the competing products analysis, user research, user interviews and other method of research or analysis. The model elaborates four aspects about user goals, product goals, content, structure in detail. I have explored how to use the user experience model to design a mobile app store. According to the user experience model, this article also summed up the design method and principle needed in the mobile app store design at various stages. Finally, I have used quantitative analysis method to test the usability of the design practice, and through the evaluation of the test, I have verified the feasibility of the user experience model in the specific design. |
