In the context of the rapid development of mobile Internet,the popularity of mobile terminal products is more rapid and gradually develops into the field of public transportation.This paper takes network ticket machine and public transportation APP as the research object(mainly refers to the human-computer interaction interface and the appearance modeling of network ticket machine).By investigating the interaction behavior of users when using terminal products,the interactive mode and process between users and terminal products of public transport are explored.This paper conducts emotional research on interaction design elements,proposes strategies to improve user experience,solves some problems when users interact with public transport terminal products,and conducts design research on the cultural communication significance of the products.On the one hand,it alleviates the ticketing pressure of the staff in the subway station,and on the other hand,it brings convenience to the users.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the terminal products at home and abroad to understand the current situation of the terminal products.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method,user interview method,field investigation method,to understand the user’s cognition and habits,as well as the pain points of the existing terminal products,that is,the existing self-service ticket machine can not meet the needs of self-service tickets during holidays,also can not meet the needs of the passenger group.Finally,this paper improves the problem of self-service ticket machines through the combination of public transport APP and network ticket machines,and improves the experience of tourists by increasing the tourism function of network ticket machines.In the aspect of public transportation APP,I found the opportunity points for product improvement through user research and drawing user experience map.The Kano model is used to classify and sort the user needs to further improve the user’s satisfaction with the product and complete the interactive interface design of the travel function of the network ticket machine.In terms of design theory,this paper firstly defines the semantics of four common gestures(click,slide,zoom and hold).That is,the click gesture has the semantics of determination,the slide gesture has the semantics of browsing,the zoom gesture has the semantics of in-depth understanding,and the long press gesture has the semantics of decision.Secondly,the emotion research method of interaction design elements is proposed,that is,interaction design elements correspond to the hierarchy theory of design psychology respectively,and it is concluded that the formal elements,behavioral elements and instinctive elements of interaction design have the characteristics of the hierarchy of instinct,behavior and reflection respectively.Finally,through the study of the emotional characteristics of the interaction elements,strategies to improve user experience are proposed.In the design practice,by observing the interaction mode and interaction point between the user and the terminal product,the man-machine size of the network ticket machine is calculated by using the theory of ergonomics,and the height size of other human-machine interfaces(ticket box,two-dimensional code reader,etc.)is designed by using the activity degree of the back muscle.Choose materials for network ticket machines according to cost,durability,hardness and strength.Finally,the model rendering of the network ticket machine is drawn.In the public transport APP,the interactive flow and interface design of seven functions are completed.Through the design and research of terminal products,this paper solves some problems existing in the current public transportation environment and provides a new way for the combination of Internet products and industrial products.
