| With the rapid development of the parts and components for automobile in international trade and the greater potentially economic value, the export packaging of automobile has drawn more and more attention from experts in recent years. According to the complicated and various kinds of the automobile components, the deeper, detailed and systematic study is needed to understand packaging design method.Presently, as the limitations of large areas in purchasing, the changing needs for customers, the shortage of product life, the rapid updating of technology and other factors are incured, most enterprises are facing a greater press on sales and operating profit, the rising prices of raw materials for packaging, the increase in labor costs, production cost and logistics has not been effectively restrained. Under these circumstances, lean production is required to decrease the costs and increase the effective utilization rate of the original packaging, which can optimize transportation and logistics and packaging management mode as simply as possible.In this thesis, the transportation tool size of the existing packaging is grasped and set to a standard size. Based on standard size, the standardization and unitization of packaging dimension is designed for automobile components. In the primary design, package module is established and a series of packaging modular size is established in line with it. Then a set of standardized packaging design method and the effective design of the automobile components in dimension are established.Secondly, in accordance with the determination of the static bending strength for hard fiber board (GB 12626.9-1990), the static bending strength test of plywood is carried out. Different thicknesses of plywood are chosen for static bending strength analysis, thus providing a certain reference for packaging design of the plywood wooden box in the choice of materials.Finally, an automobile door panel is taken as an instance to analyze its logistics & distribution environment when transport packaging design is underway. The pallet, plywood framed box plus automobile components are modeled by SolidWorks and the three-dimensional solids are established through assembling. Structural static analysis and modal analysis are carried out by ANSYS Workbench finite element software in logistics & distribution. Finally, the resultant design is verified whether it can meet the packaging requirements or not.In this thesis, the author analyzes the present situation of the export packaging for automobile parts through the in-depth study of its packaging design method, the packaging materials and dimensions of automobile parts are specified. Taking the exterior front door of automobile as an example, the author presents the six-step design method for cushioning, meanwhile,applies the software, Workbench ANSYS, to the cushioning package design of the automobile parts and components. |
