The static test is a test that studies the strength of the structural and the stress and straindistributions under the static loads, and checks the strength of the structural. Therefore, thestudy of the static loading test bench influenced the level of static loading test directly. Atpresent, the test equipments that are used widely on the projects——the pulling test machinewhich is a product that provides single direction forces, the space three-dimensional loadingtest bench has not been developed well. The three-dimensional synchronous multi-angle staticloading can imitate the real stress and distortion of the real condition. Therefore, this paperhas designed a large hydraulic static test bench which can realize synchronous/out syncmulti-dimensional load.Based on the door structure, the overall structure of the static test bench has been designed.Which can support the reaction forces caused by the space three-dimensional loads; Based onthe mechanics theories, the strength of the structure has been cheeked and according to theresults to improve the structure (including adding some ribs on the dangerous places wherelarge stress appeared). According to the improved structure build the three-dimensional model,and use ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the structure, analyze the stress and straindistributions under the static loads. Discuss the loading conditions when the maximal stress orstrain appeared and the structure strength problems.Calculating the parameters of the hydraulic system, and according to the parameters, thecomponents have been selected. The oil-way of the hydraulic has been designed. According topressure control closed-loop system theory, the servo system has been designed. Calculatingthe open loop transfer function of the system, drawing the block diagrams and Bode diagrams,the stability, response speed and precision of the system have been analyzed and corrected.The strain detection and signal acquisition system has been designed base on overallstructure, and explaining its principle and operation processes, and finished the signalacquisition by the strain detection software. How to set parameters during real-time controlprocess has been introduced, according to automatic loading control curve, the condition ofthe object can be monitored effectively.
