With the growing level of competition in the field of elevator,elevator company have to reduce cost in order to please custom's requirement.Many companies often optimize design of structure or search a new component which with high cost performance.it is easy to implement a new component(only follow technical features),but to optimize design of structure,currently old classic formula haven't cover the truth requirement form market,especially relate to component that with strengthening rib(such as car sling).The original method is insufficient,it's eager to implement the new method and thinking.The topic comes from a actual project,it's responsibility to R&D to meet the requirement from front line,to develop a new product which has safety and high cost performance,currently old solution hasn't covered the market requirement,as the 3D virtual software developing,it's possible to implement these tools to develop the new elevator.Overcoming the old solution weakness,we can research and analysis of elevator structural Mechanics base on ANSYS,and optimize the elevator structure.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the research status of the elevator structural design method and thinking were discussed in this paper.The main contents and research area of this paper were determined.(2)Considering elevator component are complicated,implement the Proe to carry on the modelling,guarantee the dimension(hole and location).The problem can be found early which can be solved and optimized.(3)Implement ANSYS workbench to analyse static of car sling,optimize the sling structure which are showed stress concentration.(4)Implement ANSYS workbench to analyse dynamic of car sling,check the car sling's strength,and optimize the sling design again.Firstly,we implement the original method to calculate and check the safety feasible.Then make a static analysis about car sling base on five different conditions and reach a conclusion.And we optimize the upper car sling,reduce the material cost,and check it again.In the end,make a dynamic analysis base on two different conditions(define time,step,acceleration)and reach a result about X,Y direction deformation.Check it again,Eventually,the elevator which is designedby this method and processcan works well in practical production.
