In public buildings, office buildings is a common form of construction, it’s widely used, consuming huge energy, even higher than the residential buildings. Therefore, it’s urgent need to study the green energy-saving technologies in office buildings. This paper has a conduct field research of the status of the office buildings in Shandong Province, and summarizes the Energy Saving of the office Buildings in Shandong Province. Based as the research, against of the geographical location and climatic conditions of Shandong Province, according to the energy consumption characteristics of the office buildings in Shandong Province, drawing a more mature domestic and international green energy-saving technologies, to make appropriate green energy technology programs and measures the office buildings in Shandong Province. In order to better trade-off to determine the thermal performance of office buildings in the use of green technology, selected a typical office building which has built in Heze City, use DeST built environment simulation software energy consumption simulation, have a comparative of the use of green technology and have an analysis of energy-saving effect and the energy saving effect of the status quo. Obtained through simulation analysis, by improving the building envelope thermal performance, which can effectively reduce the energy consumption of office building construction in Shandong Province. To the offices which basically did not use of energy-saving technology, if the subject the building envelope thermal performance meet the relevant provisions of national values, it’s enable to reduce the construction load index to 46 kW·h/m or so.
