| In the context of the continuous growth of China’s building energy consumption,significant progress has been made in building energy efficiency and green building,and building energy efficiency work has also entered a new stage.The energy-saving assessment method has been changed from a control method for technical measures to a control for total energy consumption.the way.Green building practice is steadily advancing,and the development benefits are obvious.Whether green buildings can effectively reduce the energy consumption of buildings,how much energy saving potential there is,and how to evaluate the energy consumption of green buildings need to be further analyzed and studied.First of all,based on the analysis and mining of the data of the public building energy consumption monitoring platform in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the electricity consumption rules for office buildings and proposes a brief energy-saving proposal for building operation based on the electricity consumption rules.Based on the current level of energy consumption,cluster analysis,quota level method and other methods are used to construct an office building energy consumption index that meets the current status of Chongqing.This index will provide a data basis and support for the development of medium-and long-term energy-saving strategic planning and related policies in Chongqing;and compare the energy consumption of green office buildings with conventional buildings to explore the characteristics of green building energy consumption;use correlation analysis,Principal component analysis and other methods are used to analyze the influencing factors of office building energy consumption,construct a nonlinear regression model of energy consumption,and analyze the model errors to analyze the factors that cause errors,and provide a reference for a better model in the future;second,based on the energy conservation of Chongqing Renovate the actual situation of the building and related tests to analyze its energy saving Operation and application of energy-saving effect,for building energy-saving projects as a technical reference implementation.Finally,according to the green building and related energysaving standards,combined with the current status of green building energy-saving technology applications,three typical energy-saving scenarios are constructed,namely "low allocation","medium allocation",and "high allocation".Simulate and evaluate the economic benefits to provide a reference for the later green building design and green renovation. |
