Hefei Fuzhou High-Speed Railway Construction Project Risk Management

Abstract in twenty-first Century Chinese,the fast for the whole country life theme,Chinese also entered the High-speed Rail times.With the formation of the basic framework of High-speed Rail four vertical and four horizontal,whole China closely linked together,Chinese has entered the ear of a comprehensive construction of high-speed Rail. Based on construction of each construction project risk, which is caused by the uncertainty of the environment. The High-speed Rail construction project stakeholders, more complex risk factors affect the project,the project management is the key to the success of the project. Most of the railway construction enterprises still adhere to the extensive mode of management leading to the existence of a lot of risks in the process of the construction of high-speed railway construction, resulting in many enterprises operating difficulties. So project risk management is very important and urgent.This paper explains the project risk management in some of the basic concepts, it also introduces the actual construction of the high-speed railway construction and risk assessment. The basic organic structure describes the construction risk assessment of China’s high-speed railway, the paper analyses the reason of failure mode in concrete construction of high speed railway project. In order to consolidate and reinforce the construction of risk management in the construction of speed railway, the high-speed railway construction projects with minimum capital and capital input, system theory is the most complete, the most safe construction process to help enterprises to obtain the maximum profit and social return.This article through to the construction contract risk management, quality risk management and chain risk management in three major aspects, to study and explore High-speed Rail construction project quality management, respectively from their purpose,content, significance and measures to proceed,analysis their sources and risk reasons. This puts forward some related concepts and ideas,combined with some facts and literature citations were discussed,to seek truth from facts. As everyone knows, the risk management has four fixed composition process,that is, we say the risk identification risk assessment, risk management and risk control. The article also has analyzed in accordance with the process of we know Hefei Fuzhou High-speed Rail project risk, identification, evaluation, treatment and analysis.This paper also study the risk of Hefei Fuzhou high-speed railway construction project, the of joint venture of high-speed railway construction project investment, system analysis, given the practical risk,risk assessment, risk sharing and risk management, it has very important significance for the construction project. At the same time, provide a useful reference for the construction and optimization of the system of risk management of similar project.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature retrieval, case investigation and analysis, comparative analysis, literature search results and case analysis results combined method.According to the actual situation, the research of high speed railway construction project risk management and optimization, using the principle of system theory and method of project management in Hefei Fuzhou railway construction project risk optimization application research management system,improve the management ability and management effect.High speed railway related enterprises want to survive and develop, we must innovate the mode of risk management, management in construction of railway projects, the use of scientific management methods to reduce risk, create benefits, achieve project target.
