Research On The Quality Management Of Urban Drainage Infrastructure Project

With the continuous expansion of China’s urban scale, the speed of construction is constantly upgrading, investment and construction of municipal engineering has been the focus of attention of the local government. Municipal Engineering and the majority of urban residents was closely related to daily life and loopholes in the engineering quality problem is easily exposed in public view, so urban infrastructure construction quality management is one of the focus question of the present urban construction, especially the construction quality problems of urban drainage facilities, in all types of drainage and waterlogging accident prone situation, drainage facilities, quality management and evaluation need to be in-depth study and discussion.In order to ensure the smooth development of the construction of drainage engineering, this paper to SY city specific drainage infrastructure construction as an example, mainly in stages, divide the object of quality management theory as the analysis basis, the problems existing in the quality management, to SY city in urban drainage engineering construction case as the object of analysis of the main problems, and in the case of corrective measures based on, further puts forward suggestions for improvement. In this article, starting from the perspective of drainage water management department, in the construction process of understanding quality management concepts and methods, and through effective quality management methods and measures are proposed to realize the stable operation of the project, thus avoiding in engineering construction occurred quality problem in urban drainage system is not functioning smoothly. On the one hand, improve drainage construction project quality assurance, on the other hand strengthen Drainage Department for the public service function of the city.
