Urban Classic Project Management Research

While China’s social economic development continues to move forward, people are increasingly concerned about the quality of construction projects. And other product quality similar to the quality of construction works is not only associated with the development of national economy, but also with the actual interests of the broad masses of the people associated with it.For a long time, China’s project management is the extensive management, and the introduction of advanced project management theory and experience is very slow. The traditional management mode is unable to meet the increasing need of economic development. Project quality management has become the key factors in determining the success of the project.Based on project quality plan, project quality control, project quality assurance and project continuous improvement approach, the paper studies the quality control of construction stage based on the whole process quality control of urban classical engineering project. Therefore, the five factors will have an impact on the quality of construction of the present study, that is, people, materials, machinery, processes and the environment is analyzed, and the establishment of quality control system building construction phase on the basis of the analysis.The study proposed to establish a system of quality control in the construction stage. Project quality plan including project scope, project management principles, project specifications and technical standards and planning aspects. This paper first summarizes the characteristics and principles of project quality control, then respectively on construction project beforehand control, matter controls, afterwards controls the quality of the management characteristics and attention to detail and analysis. With the help of the research on the quality management of urban classical project, we will improve the quality of our company in the background of the real estate downturn, and ensure the quality of the project, and is of important strategic significance for our company to expand new market.
