The Planning Of Arge-scale Residential Areas Based On Symbiotic Idea

In recent years, after our domestic real estate industry has experienced the small-scale and medium-scale development, the large-scale flaky large-scale residential area development mode has begun. However, our domestic theoretical research and practices on large-scale residential area modes are still at the chaotic and beginning period. In the process of developing large-scale residential areas, there is no scientific planning guidance, most of large-scale residential area are just the amplified residential areas, the problems of large-scale residential area itself and the problems it brings to cities have been shown as well. Under this background, this paper regards the summary of the planning mode of large-scale residential area fitting to our domestic national conditions at the current stage as the basic starting point, introduces the symbiotic idea, puts forward the construction of large-scale residential area symbiotic system, combines the current situations of the construction of Jinan large-scale residential areas, and summarizes the planning methods of large-scale residential areas based on symbiotic idea.This paper is totally divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, it describes the research backgrounds, research values, research methods and the definitions of related concepts, and proposes the research framework of this paper. In the second chapter, it is the theoretical basis and research overview of research on symbiotic idea and large-scale residential district, summarizes the theoretical research of symbiotic research in the fields of biology, sociology and economics, architecture and planning, proposes the components of symbiotic factors, and overviews the domestic and foreign theoretical research on large-scale residential areas. The third chapter gives the related analysis of large-scale residential area planning under the symbiotic concept, analyzes the adaptability of symbiotic idea on large-scale residential ares and the coupling between symbiotic system characteristics and large-scale residential areas, and puts forward the construction and targets of large-scale residential area symbiotic system. In the forth chapter, through the methods of site surveys, data collection, questionnaire investigation, interviews, etc, it constructs the large-scale residential area symbiotic system on three large-scale residential areas of Jinan City, and specifically elaborates the current situations of each symbiotic unit of large-scale residential areas. In the fifth chapter, it combines the current situations of the symbiotic system of three large-scale residential areas in Jinan City and puts forward the planning methods of coordinating symbiotic units, optimizing symbiotic modes and improving symbiotic environments. In the sixth chapter, it gives the summary and prospect of the contents in this paper.
